Hydraulics Analysis System

An important step in the maintenance process of aviation hydraulic valves and actuators is to compare the actual performance of these components against specified performance criteria. 

To reduce the time required for this process and to improve record-keeping, BML developed a custom PC-based systems for a client in the field of landing gear and hydraulic components overhaul. 

BML created software to acquire and analyze actuator sensor data using the LabVIEW programming language and developed a Sensor Interface Unit which enables sensors to be readily interfaced to the National Instruments NI-6220 data acquisition board in the PC.
